VOQUZ Labs is seeking a Junior SAP License Management Consultant (m/f/x) to support our global SAP Licensing & Software Asset Management (SAM) team. This entry level role focuses on assisting with SAP license measurement, data analysis, entitlement validation, and compliance tasks. Over time, the junior consultant will gain exposure to customer-facing activities and progress toward broader advisory responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of SAP environments, strong analytical skills and is fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).

SAP Licensing & SAM Support

Assist in measuring SAP software usage using VOQUZ Labs tools and SAP standard measurement procedures
Support the analysis of SAP license consumption and compare usage against contractual entitlements
Help identify licensing gaps, risks, optimization opportunities, and potential cost savings
Contribute to SAP license reconciliation (gap analysis) and license re-harvesting efforts
Maintain and update SAP license and contract data in SAM repositories
Support basic analysis related to Indirect / Digital Access

Customer & Advisory Assistance

Work with senior consultants to understand customer SAP landscapes, usage patterns, and licensing challenges
Participate in workshops, presentations, and customer discussions as support
Assist in retrieving and validating license, contract, and agreement data from customers and SAP
Prepare structured data, draft findings, and support the creation of reports and recommendations
Gradually take more responsibility for customer interactions under senior supervision

Project & Team Collaboration

Support licensing-related tasks in SAP projects, rollouts, and system or landscape changes
Collaborate with global VOQUZ Labs colleagues across Europe and Latin America
Contribute to internal documentation, data structuring, and process improvements
Progressively expand responsibilities from technical data execution toward consultative tasks

WHAT SKILLS SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Initial experience working with SAP environments in areas such as:
SAP Licensing or SAM
SAP Security / Authorizations
SAP Administration or IT Operations
Prior SAP SAM experience is a plus but not required for candidates with strong analytical capability and SAP foundations
Some exposure to consulting or project-based work is desirable
Basic understanding of SAP landscapes and technical architecture
Familiarity with SAP license measurement concepts—or strong willingness to learn
Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify inconsistencies and produce structured insights
Basic understanding of SAP licensing terms is a plus
Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory) language skills while Portuguese is highly desirable
Clear communication and presentation skills
Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Curious, motivated to learn, and interested in developing toward advisory roles
Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment

Additional Requirement

Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~20%)
