As an international SAP add-on software house, we develop and constantly improve our portfolio, but the right Software Sales Account Manager (m/f/x) knows that having excellent software alone is simply not enough. People buy from people they trust, so your primary focus will be to develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales in the assigned region.

To name just two best-in-class VOQUZ Labs products: samQ makes us a recognized leader in SAP License Management. It automates user classification and helps customers save costs. Another high-performance tool at the forefront is remQ, which continuously monitors and controls critical business processes to protect revenue and prevent financial loss in sales, finance, procurement and payroll. And there is more.

The role is generally based in Europe, preferably in the UKI region.
You can work from our offices or remote.


  • Establish, develop and maintain long-lasting, trusting customer relationships
  • Increase customer base through outbound contact of end-users based on company-specified platforms.
  • Identify and assist with market research projects to better understand the business needs of customers, as well as market and industry trends
  • Recognize and analyze customer purchasing patterns in order to better anticipate customer needs
  • Attend conferences that will help develop business relations with new and existing customers
  • Travel to engage with customers onsite to improve relationships and expand on the company’s core competencies
  • Contribute to our growth personally and professionally


  • You know what you are doing – ideally, that’s backed up by a Bachelor's degree
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management in an international environment
  • You have experience building strong personal and business relationships – people listen to you and trust your expertise
  • You can establish and stick to processes but also know when it’s time to suggest different approaches
  • You have ideally heard of SAP – the more know-how the better  
  • You have excellent English communication skills
  • You know it’s crucial to keep track of your Sales Steps and are familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • You have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • You can work in a team as well as independently
