Improvements

Exceptions transaction /REM/EXCEPTIONS: allow * for check ID
All Single Action, SOD, SQVI checks are now centrally activated on the run/stop tab in the admin transaction
Single Action Tool: allow multiple comma-separated fields in the parameter for the fields to monitor
It is now possible to combine several single action, SOD rules into 1 check ID

Bug fixes

Exceptions transaction: fixed a critical bug
SOD tool: display empty values for old/new values
